The congress will occur in on-line format (Live).
All session will be held in real time.
The access is done through the congress' website in the personal area of each user, using the email and password previously used on the registration.
The participation implies a valid and complete registration.
To participate click in the LOGIN button in the upper right corner of the congress' website.
Click in "Sessions" in the left side menu of your personal area. During the congress a list of sessions will appear. You just need to choose the session and click the button "JOIN".
Our team will be available to do this tests during the following days:
8th of November - From 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5 pm - Participants
9th of November - From 9am to 12pm and 2 pm to 5 pm - Participants
10th of November - From 2 pm to 7 pm - guests
We remind you that the schedule is in the Portuguese time-zone.
To do the tests you need to click the LOGIN button in the upper right corner.
Click in Sessions in the left side menu of your personal area.
Enter the Session "Secretariat/Help Desk".
To make sure that everything goes according to plan we recommend the following:
. Access to stable internet
. Mic and camera
. Headphones or earphones with mic (not mandatory)
. Use Google Chrome or FireFox
. Authors should enter the session 15 to 20 minutes early.
. The presentation is done online. You should upload your presentation in your personal area in PDF format.
We suggest that you do your test in one of the days above.
